My Every Day Life

Life was always good to me.
Things happened effortlessly - careless childhood, school, uni, 1st job, husband, kids...
I was fortunate to experience living abroad..
And I just found a passion of mine ready to turn it into my business - jewelry making.
Oh glory days :)
I believed that was how normal life was supposed to be...
Until...
The Day when it all went down south...
What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger... couldn't disagree more
The Pandemic was uninvited guest.
It wiped our income overnight without warning and without alternative.
The bills didn't care.
I had to abondun my jewelry venture. I needed finances to develop it. Now we needed money to simply survive.
The reality? A shrinking job market, changing ....., and our age wasn't in our favor.
We faced a long painful time into the 'nothingness' - worries, sleepless nights, thoughts never resting, no real solutions.
What started as a financial disaster quickly challenged all the rest in our life. Nothing is isolated.
We did what we needed to do - took anything what could pay the bills, still wasn't enough to provide for a life. A life we remember having not so far ago.
Now, Insecurity was our daily rhythm.
Until....
The Day Of the Enlightenment
everything happens for a reason - the Last thing you want to here In a moment of FrUstRation... but some how it makes sense... afterwards
That roller coaster of 'all that life threw at us' ended up being our eye-opener. It helped us realize what else is here for us!

There it was - The Plan B - no hype.
Waiting for us to SEE IT!
And we DID! :) Simply because it was just a great fit for us!
Fits our empty pockets - costs a cup of coffee a day.
Fits our tired minds - simple steps to follow.
Fits our forgotten dreams - clear path to bring them back.
Oh glory DAY!
It was just this.
And a decision to try something different.
The rest is history :)
The Hard Truth
I could have spare all that stress for me, my kids, my family ..only if....
You know that phrase — "opportunities are everywhere, you just have to see them"?
It hurts the most when you realize... it was there.
And I'm the one who said 'no'
It's one thing to hear "opportunities are always there — you just need to see them."
It's another thing to realize: it was there. And I was the one who said no.
Yes, that was me. I was introduced to this opportunity long before our life turned upside down.
But I didn't go for it.
Why?
Simple. Looking back, I narrowed it down to 2 main reasons:
1st.
At the time when I 1st heard of it I weren't 'actively' looking for another income. Or for any change. We lived well & my focus was somewhere else - the Jewelry Making. I were happy where i was in life.
2nd.
I never really tried to understand what that "thing" truly was. I re-frame it with my ignorance (limited knowledge) right away and boxed it as "It's not for me" before I even get to know it (given it a chance).
That was my biggest mistake.
Because once you've seen what's truly possible, there's no unseeing it.
"Only If" .. is in the past :)
I can't reverse the past. But luckily, I can skip doing the same mistake twice :)
This time I said Yes :)
If I could give one advise / I hope you do better than I did.
See it. Question it. Give it a real chance — before you decide it's not for you.
What Truly Matters is NOW
Now I Don't have to worry anymore. Instead i'm excited about the fuTure :)
I saw in this opportunity something beyond just an income stream.
I saw in it the chance to provide for a life I love to live -
having the time & means to do what I love with those who matter to me.
I never quited on my idea to pursue Jewelry Making. Still on my list :)
I just refocused (my priorities) so i can come back/return to it in a better way:
allowing myself to make jewelry for pleasure, not out of pressure to earn a living with it.
